As an employer we are on the right track as demonstrated by the fact that we were awarded the “Deutscher Personalwirtschaftspreis 2006“.
Furthermore, we have received the award “Deutschlands Beste Arbeitgeber 2007“ of the Great Place to Work® Institute. We have now been awarded one of the top places in this competition for the fifth time in succession.
And we have no reason to fear any international comparison. For example, we won the title “Best Workplaces in Europe 2007“. The success of our HR work is shown by the special award “Life-long Learning“ which was conferred on our company in 2006 by the Great Place to Work® Institute Deutschland and the business magazine Capital for our age-independent further training programmes and the broad range of training opportunities.
